W/S or UpArrow/DownArrow to change "dimensions"

Space to jump

Touch controls added for convenience, arrows to the left for dimension switch and the right side of the screen can be clicked to jump (untested).

I had this idea in mind for a while, of an endless runner where you can "switch" perspective and handle different obstacles depending on the circumstances. I didn't have time for it, so this is all I made. It's horrible.
